Likes I had a bad experience working with axis bank as their is no value of the female staff and the boss treat their employees as the students and they punish them.. Dislikes The timings, working style, behaviour towards employees, rude behaviour and treating very bad with low line staff and the customers also don't have manners to speak and some customers are too harse as if we call the customers for service issues they just listen the name and cut the phone.

Likes HR and company policy, Holiday etc. Dislikes Politics, huge pressure, management not supportive,insufficient training ,late sitting etc, senior doesn't follow bank rule and policies.

Work Strict Timings. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team. Work culture is very bad , No balance between work life n personal life specially if u r a fasher, if u can't do yr daily target business u can't go to home dat statement told by yr senior.

No process no culture also senior management is worst they don't train people they hire neither accept them as being an old employees they don't want to accept any changes. The moment employee joins the firm within one month two months or max to max one year employee resigns also culture is so bad that you can not survive.

No work from home is given to few of operations head as depends of the managers and not the hr or company also manager was absent for almost 6 month and no staff was appointed in scarce resources too.

The growth opportunities are huge and the job security is not available. Work culture is very poor. Nowadays the management of company is changed and worthless and there is a huge pressure. The company policies are very sticky and it affects the concept of work life balance culture. The job security is not available and there is a huge partiality from the management. The manager named as krunal Parikh from Rajpipla branch was forced me come to the branch when i was ill even though i have no sense for walking Due to food poisoning.

He was forced me to come to branch via ambulance for handover of vault keys. And he was treated me as a personal work and with huge partiality. And He has made me shamful infront of staff and customers also. The cluster head is also abused me as worthless staff. In the job they have proven for elegance for the act which is done by someone else.

At the end they have forced me to leave the job for that reason. They have torchere me huge at workplace. The branch manager was not supporting in bank where i was in cash and there is a shortage done by internal staff or by him also. Its my humble request to not to join axis bank. The resignation from the axis bank is only and only because of the branch manager krunal Parikh. Its pathetic behaviour forced huge resignation from my branch and he is also terminated from HDFC Bank due breach of code of conduct.

The overall experience is good the only and only one staff is defamated whole bank reputation. Pathetic work environment. If you talked about work culture so I'll give Ground level management spoiled brand image of Axis bank. I request you to not go with the flow of Axis bank. There is No Job security,No leaves. After public dealing people inside the branch used offensive language, they abuse each others. Too much dirty politics. Your seniors are free from upper level to play mind games with you.

What I got from axis is simply a Dirt Dirty politics games. I won't recommend to join Axis bank's Retail branch banking.
